Looking for a female flatmate to replace me in a beautiful luxurious flat! The room available is very big with a double bed, large window with blind, a desk, a bedside table and a massive built-in wardrobe. The bathroom is very spacious and done to high quality with bath/shower set-up. This bathroom acts as yours as the other flatmate has her own en-suite.
My name is Sophie and I live with Jess at our lovely flat in Tooting. I work in TV and Jess is doing a medical degree. I am moving out to try and give living with my boyfriend a go and therefore sadly leaving behind Jess. Which means that my lovely room is available for an equally lovely person!
Jess is really nice, and very driven with her medical degree. We get along great but also have our separate lives. When she’s not busy working she loves to bake/cook, and catch up with friends for a drink. She also loves romcoms, so you are guaranteed a good movie night with her! Because of her busy degree, I am looking for someone with the following criteria:
– Professional or post-grad/mature student
– Considerate when she has her final exams
– Tidy and clean
– Likes a glass of wine but doesn’t bring the party home!
– Can stay until end of August 2017 when the ‘year contract’ expires. However, can renew this after that time
The flat is new and very modern, with everything done to a high spec. Fully furnished by Jess. It has two large double bedrooms, a very large, airy open plan living room and kitchen with floor to ceiling windows and a massive terrace, which will be great in the summer!
The building is very secure with electronic entry keys and cctv cameras in the entrance lobby. It is also really quiet and well insulated so the bills are economical.
Tooting Broadway tube station (Northern Line) is a 3 minute walk, with direct trains to Clapham (5-7 mins) and routes to Central London (30 mins). Sainsbury’s is a 3 minute walk, gym and GP clinic 1 minute walk, and plenty of nice, trendy restaurants, pubs, bars and shops all within a 5 minute walk away.
All bills: water, gas, electricity, broadband, tv licence and council tax (approx. £57) are not included, but again the flat is really economical. Please note that the lettings agent require reference checks.
